When owner Brett Hardcastle first opened Tumwater Automotive, he brought his long experience in the automotive industry. After working for his father at various gas stations and owning his own Exxon gas station, Brett brought many lessons he learned at a young age. These are the same lessons that led to this institution and we cannot wait to show you exactly what we have learned.
Our experience begins as soon as you enter the store and are greeted and greeted with joy by our service writer Mitchell Williams. While he is there, we take the time to communicate with you and understand what your automotive needs might be.
He did a great job, gave me all the information I needed, had me sign papers on the computer in the hope that he could read my fingers, painted me with fingerprints, did a great job (very friendly) and sent me home. The only problem I had was that the mattress I had chosen was too high for the sling, but I forgot to delevere and called the next morning and was able to get a replacement delevered in the afternoon. We needed a new bed for rhgeno, who rated 5 out of 5 as a wonderful saleswoman and the guy took the old bed in the shed and made everything ready for me. Laura, who was competent and friendly, took care of all this and gave us everything we needed to know and did her job so well.
Sarah was given a new bed for her baby with a lot of help and support from her friends and family who supported us throughout the process.
Personally, I think that there should always be more than one person on the floor in retail stores, but I cannot blame the management for leaving us alone. I would highly recommend Sleep Train to make this big investment and I'm glad they did.
When I talked about my aching neck, they sold me one and gave me another pillow to try. I felt a little bad for Sarah because she was the only one waiting for me, but I am sure I would have been afraid to face an understaffed store again if it was me who was reluctant to return.
